Acacia Honey
Also known as Black locust honey, it is a light-colored, liquid honey with a delicate, fruity, and floral flavor often accented with a hint of vanilla. It is a seasonal and sometimes rare honey from the blossoms of the black locust tree, prized for its flavor and colorand low acidity. It pairs well with cheeses, yogurt, fruits, and teas and remains liquid for a long time because of its high fructose content.
Spring Wildflower
Complex, multiflower amber honey, with a well balanced flavor
Summer Wildflower
Robust, smoky dark honey. Nectar from sumac, mimosa, ailanthus tree, among others
